Joshua's Way
The Joshua's Way development, located in the Sterling neighborhood, included a combination of rental units for low-income serniors and single-family homes built by Habitat for Humanity, targeting families earning 30-80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
The Preserve
The Preserve at Logan Park is a multi-family complex with 193 affordable units.
Sumlar Hall
Targeting workforce housing, this development created 31 homes for families earning 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).
HOMES OF HOPE
This affordable infill project created nine total units for income earners at 30-80& AMI.
McClaren
The McClaren apartment complex includes 47 affordable units, targeting residents between 60-80% AMI.
Renaissance Place
A total of 57 seniors found an affordable home at Renaissance Place senior housing complex.
Parkins Ridge
A total of 53 affordable units were created as part of the Parkins Ridge project.
Cowan Court
Two single family units located in Nicholtown targeting residents between 30%-80% AMI. Rent will be $700/month.

Century Plaza Apartments
In January 2023, the Greenville Housing Fund (GHF) announced its purchase of Century Plaza Apartments, formerly known as The Ivy, a 212-unit complex on Century Drive in the Overbrook neighborhood.
Southernside Senior Housing
A total of 93 units for seniors will anchor the property behind Lila Mae Brock Plaza near Unity Park.
The Delano
Using developer incentives provided via the Unity Park Character Code, the Delano multi-family development will include 25 affordable units for people with an 80% AMI.
The Riley at Overbrook
A total of 88 affordable units will be part of the Riley, located in the Overbrook community and visible from Highway 385.
Washington Senior Living
A senior development of 54 units will be located on West Washington Street and provide 100% low-income housing near Unity Park.
